- I diced brown onion
- 1 cup of white wine
- Mures Prawn Bisque
- 4 diced potatoes
- 2 cups of water
- 1 fillet of white fish
Method:
Place onion and white wine in a pot and cook for about 2 mins. Add Mures Prawn Bisque potatoes and water and reduce to medium until potatoes are tender. Ask your local fish monger to skin and dice a fillet of white fish. Cook this in the soup for another 5 mins. Garnish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon. Season to taste and soak of with a crusty loaf.
