Paella Marinara

Paella Marinara

Perfect for a satisfying and easy-to-make meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 1/2 cups Arborio rice

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp saffron threads (optional)

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

  • 4 cups fish or chicken stock

  • 300g mixed seafood (mussels, clams, shrimp, squid)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Methods:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or paella pan. Sauté onion until translucent.

  • Add garlic and bell pepper; cook until softened.

  • Stir in rice, paprika, and saffron (if using); cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Pour in the wine, stirring until absorbed. Gradually add stock, cooking until rice is tender.

  • Fold in seafood and peas; cover and cook until seafood is done.

  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
