Prawn Wontons
Ingredients:
250g fresh prawns, peeled and chopped
100 mushrooms, finely chopped
Fresh coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Wonton wrappers
Water for sealing wontons
Oil for frying or steaming
Method:
Mix chopped prawns, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
Place a spoonful of mixture onto a wonton wrapper.
Wet the edges and twist the top of the wrapper shut.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown or steam for 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot with a dipping sauce or some simple soy sauce
