Fresh Salmon Rice Bowls
Perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal!
Ingredients:
Fresh salmon fillets
Steamed rice
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Edamame beans
Avocado slices
Pickled ginger
Soy sauce
Sesame seeds
Chilli oil
Methods:
Cook (or don’t cook) the salmon to your liking – grilled, baked, or pan-seared.
Assemble your bowl with a base of steamed rice.
Add cucumber salad, edamame, avocado, and pickled ginger around the rice.
Top with salmon and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Drizzle with soy sauce and chilli oil.
