Fresh Salmon Rice Bowls

Perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal!

Ingredients:

  • Fresh salmon fillets

  • Steamed rice

  • Cucumber, thinly sliced

  • Edamame beans

  • Avocado slices

  • Pickled ginger

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame seeds

  • Chilli oil


Methods:

  • Cook (or don’t cook) the salmon to your liking – grilled, baked, or pan-seared.

  • Assemble your bowl with a base of steamed rice.

  • Add cucumber salad, edamame, avocado, and pickled ginger around the rice.

  • Top with salmon and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

  • Drizzle with soy sauce and chilli oil.
